The event was in association with Breakthrough Breast Cancer and was utterly spectacular. I was a judge this year and presented the shoe category, which went to New Look. I was a bit gutted Bravissimo didn’t win anything, as I love them, but hopefully they will do next year.
As usual I got very drunk before I presented my award and just about got my words out. I also got manhandled by one of the guys from Blue just before I went on stage, which is always a little unsettling!
I mean, it just keeps on getting shorter!

I cannot quite believe I just described my hair as that. Mind you, at least I haven’t ‘ got it cut short because it’s easier’.

Boutique Run was one of the most glam sports events you could ever experience, I highly recommend you all entering next year (girls only I am afraid).
It is held in Battersea Park and consists of you doing either a 5 or 10 k run, then being pampered beyond your wildest dreams by The Powder Puff Girls, the Elemis Spa Bus and many more. You can even have a steaming hot shower before having a blast at a huge dance party. Brilliant!
I needed to look as stylish as possible, so I got a funky jumpsuit from Almost Famous, here is a pic of me starting the race….(I was COVERED in Champagne).
The legs were so long that I kept tripping up, so in the end I just tied them up. I thought that looked kinda cute with my pink heals.

I am hosting the Boutique Run in Battersea Park tonight, anyone going??
I am living out of a suitcase at the moment so my outfits are seriously limited. However ‘Almost Famous’ were kind enough to lend me an outfit for the night.
I cycled to their shop this morning, and even though there were loads of lovely flowery dresses I decided to be brave and go for a black, wide legged jumpsuit. It is my first. I am a little nervous. It is REALLY long so I will have to be careful but it is really funky so I can deal with that as a compromise.
Will make sure I get some pics out to you later, if you like it I might not give it back and I will buy it.
Isn’t it weird? A year ago jumpsuits looked so odd, but now because people are wearing them the look completely normal. It is funny how we adjust to fashion so fast.
I wore a dress with shoulder pads the other night. I am still in shock that I left the house but the truth is, I LOVED IT.
